Well if you go up and put that stuff down on the conveyor belt, you're giving in, you don't have the discipline to hold the line ,or in this case, hold the stuff. It can be applied to everything in your life. If you want freedom from poor health, you must have the discipline to eat right and exercise. If you want the freedom to be able to lift heavy things, you must have the discipline to lift weights consistently. ![]()
